ENTRANCE POLICY

  • We operate a door policy that ensures maximum safety for our guests and staff.
  • Entrance to Boiler, Olive Tree & Roof 68 is always subject to management’s discretion and the management reserves the right to refuse entry without any explanation.
  • Selected events might have a specific door policy so please check for more information when making a reservation.
  • Olive, Roof & Boiler does not and shall not discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation or military status, in any of its activities or operations.

DRESS CODE & APPEARANCE

  • Dress code: Fashionable upscale attire required.
  • We reserve the right to deny entry to guests who are inappropriately dressed. The following are not allowed:
    • No clothing that features offensive language, images or slogans.
    • No hoods
    • We do not accept hen or stag party (bachelorette or bachelor party) paraphernalia that may be deemed offensive. Groups of this nature are also not permitted on site in any uniform outfits.
    • No sports attire or athletic wear.
    • No glitters, body paint or staining lotions

AGE POLICY

  • We welcome families with children: Restaurant area
  • During special events 21+ age policy might apply.
  • All minors must be always accompanied by a parent.
  • Everybody must carry a valid and government issued ID when entering the venue. You may be asked to present the ID by an employee, management or a member of security staff at any time when inside the venue. Refusal to present an ID may result in refused entry or removal from the venue.

PET POLICY

  • We welcome small and well-behaved dogs.
  • Pets must be on a leash and remain close to your seat, and clear of the walkway for guests and servers.
  • Pets may not be fed from restaurant dishes.
  • Pets are only allowed when carried in bag, arms or sat on lap (unless a service dog).
  • If a pet looks distressed, staff and management reserve the right to ask the guest to leave the venue and remove the pet from the situation.
  • Service animals are allowed on property when required because of a disability and provided the work or task the animal has been trained to perform is given to staff.

OTHER

  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the venue.
  • Security reserves the right to check all bags before and after entering the venue.
  • If requested, original identification needs to be presented to the staff/ management/ security.
  • The management bears no responsibility for the loss of any personal items.
  • No personal speakers or loud phone music permitted.
  • Anyone caught with illegal drugs or substances will be immediately asked to leave the venue.
  • No weapons allowed on property or objects that can cause harm to others.
  • Any inappropriate behaviour towards staff or any other guest will not be tolerated.

PHOTOS/ VIDEOS

  • Photography and videography may be prohibited. Staff may ask a person to stop photographing or filming, and if the person refuses to do so, management or security will ask the person to leave.

REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All reservations should be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance in writing.
  • A refund will be issued in the manor the payment was received. Please note immediate refunds cannot always be processed but will be handled during business hours of the upcoming week.

Yes, we will have scanners on site to scan your phone on the night of the event.

What happens if I lost my ticket?

What is an acceptable form of identification?

A current, non-expired, valid photo ID is required of every patron visiting Boiler after 11PM and all guests must be 21 years of age or older.

What is the dress code?

Am I allowed to bring in a bag?

All bags and personal items are subject to search. Bags are not allowed in Boiler (nightclub). Small purses are allowed.

Am I allowed to bring in medications?

Do you offer print at home or mail options?

Do ticket prices raise closer to the event?

Ticket prices increase as the event gets closer. We encourage purchasing tickets as far in advance as you can. You can check out our updated calendar here.

Can i change the name on the tickets?

No, tickets cannot be transferred. You cannot change the name on your original purchase.

What are Boiler's nightclub hours of operations?

Boiler is opened everyday till 04 AM, except on friday and saturday when it is open till 5 AM.

What is the process of “checking in” at the nightclub for my table reservation?

To check in for your table reservation, you should check in before 00:30 AM at the ‘Table Service’ check-in area located in front of the club entrance. Please ensure all party members have an acceptable form of identification, and all funds have been secured prior to entrance. Provide the name for the reservation to the host and they will direct you to the appropriate area.

Where do I go, the night of the event, if i have purchased general admission event tickets?

If you have purchased general admission tickets, please check in before 11:00 p.m. and find your way to the General Admission area. Please ensure that you have an acceptable form of identification.

What items are prohibited in boiler nightclub?

Once I'm inside, can I leave and reenter the nightclub?
