- Prepares restaurant premises for regular operations and special occasions
- Welcomes guests in a pleasant and professional manner
- Takes orders, issues invoices, and handles payments
- Familiarity with all dishes and drinks offered in the restaurant
- Serves guests with food and beverages
- Monitors guest needs
- Financially responsible for correct billing and cash management/server wallet
- Calculates daily earnings and money with specification for submission to the cashier

- Prepares and maintains inventory, equipment, and bar space and equipment
- Prepares and serves mixed drinks to guests at the bar
- Takes orders from waitstaff, prepares, and serves bar mixes
- Monitors, suggests, and implements innovations in bar mixes
- Orders, receives, checks, and ensures an adequate amount of merchandise for bar operations
- Receives ordered goods at the bar and maintains prescribed documentation
- Responsible for the financial and material obligations of the bar
- Attends inventory counts at the bar
- Responsible for storing, preserving, and returning packaging to the recycling yard
- Knows and applies restaurant SOPs
