Areas of Responsibility:

• Prepares restaurant premises for regular operations and special occasions
• Welcomes guests in a pleasant and professional manner
• Takes orders, issues invoices, and handles payments
• Familiarity with all dishes and drinks offered in the restaurant
• Serves guests with food and beverages
• Monitors guest needs
• Financially responsible for correct billing and cash management/server wallet
• Calculates daily earnings and money with specification for submission to the cashier
• Handles special guest requests in collaboration with the chef
• Knows and applies restaurant SOPs

• Prepares and maintains inventory, equipment, and bar space and equipment
• Prepares and serves mixed drinks to guests at the bar
• Takes orders from waitstaff, prepares, and serves bar mixes
• Monitors, suggests, and implements innovations in bar mixes
• Orders, receives, checks, and ensures an adequate amount of merchandise for bar operations
• Receives ordered goods at the bar and maintains prescribed documentation
• Responsible for the financial and material obligations of the bar
• Attends inventory counts at the bar
• Responsible for storing, preserving, and returning packaging to the recycling yard
• Knows and applies restaurant SOPs
